21 Hazard management agency — ARC Infrastructure Pty Ltd
ARC Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ACN 094 721 301) is the hazard management agency of the hazard rail crashes —
(a)
for emergency management; and
(b)
for that area of the State comprising any parcel of land or corridor land on which railway infrastructure operated, maintained or managed by ARC Infrastructure Pty Ltd is situated.
