27 Application for IR Commission to conduct dispute resolution process
A party to an employment dispute may apply to the IR Commission to have a dispute resolution process conducted by the IR Commission in relation to the employment dispute if —
(a)
the parties to the employment dispute are bound by a Commonwealth enterprise agreement; and
(b)
the Commonwealth enterprise agreement authorises, permits or provides for the IR Commission, or a member of the IR Commission, to conduct a dispute resolution process under dispute settlement procedures set out in the agreement.
