30 Application of IR Act
(1)
The functions conferred on the IR Commission under this Act are in addition to, and do not derogate from, any function of the IR Commission under the IR Act or any other written law.
(2)
The IR Act sections 3, 16, 16A and 17 apply to and in relation to this Act as if a reference in those sections to “this Act” included a reference to this Act.
