Functions of Authority

In force

The functions of the Authority under this Part are —

(a)

to administer the licensing scheme provided for in this Part;

(b)

to monitor and report to the Minister on the operation of that licensing scheme and on compliance by licensees with their licences;

(c)

to inform the Minister about any failure by a licensee to meet performance criteria or other requirements of its licence; and

(d)

the other functions conferred on the Authority by this Part.
