11G Requirement for licence
A person must not in a supply area or part of a supply area —
construct, alter or operate a distribution system; or
transport gas through a distribution system,
except under the authority of a distribution licence granted by the Authority that applies to that area or that part of that area.
Penalty: $100 000 and a daily penalty of $5 000.
A person must not in a supply area or part of a supply area sell to small use customers gas transported through a distribution system except under the authority of a trading licence granted by the Authority that applies to that area or that part of that area.
Penalty: $100 000 and a daily penalty of $5 000.
