11ZOK Commencement of retail market schemes
(1)
A retail market scheme comes into force on a day determined by the Authority by instrument in writing.
(2)
The Authority may from time to time, by further instrument in writing, amend an instrument made under subsection (1).
(3)
An instrument made under subsection (1) or (2) is to be published in the Gazette.
