15 Revocation, variance or replacement of measure
These regulations cease to have effect if the NEPM cited as the National Environment Protection (Used Packaging Materials) Measure 2011 —
(a)
is revoked or varied by the National Environmental Protection Council under the National Environmental Protection Council (Western Australia) Act 1990 section 20(1); or
(b)
is replaced by a national environmental protection measure made by the National Environmental Protection Council under the National Environmental Protection Council (Western Australia) Act 1990 section 14(1).
