7 Approval of action plans
(1)
If a person submits an action plan to the CEO under regulation 6(1), the CEO may —
(a)
require that further particulars be supplied in relation to the action plan; or
(b)
approve the plan; or
(c)
reject the plan.
(2)
If the CEO rejects an action plan, the CEO is to give the person who submitted it written notice of the rejection and the reasons for rejecting it.
