14 Person required by this Part to keep record, duties of
(1)
If this Part requires a person to keep a record of an analysis the person must keep a record of the test used to conduct the analysis and the result of the analysis.
(2)
If this Part requires a person to keep a record the person must make the record and retain it for 24 months after the event to which the record relates.
