5CAA Manner of advertising prescribed (Act s. 54(2a))
For the purposes of section 54(2a) of the Act, the CEO is to advertise the application for a works approval in an advertisement published in a newspaper circulated daily in the State.
The advertisement is to include —
a statement indicating submissions about the application may be sent to the Department of Environment 2 at the address and within the time period specified in the advertisement; and
the following particulars —
the category of prescribed premises under Schedule 1 that describes the main function of the premises to which the application relates;
the name of the applicant;
the locality of the premises to which the application relates;
the reference number for the application.
