136 Tribunal must publish decisions made under s. 135
(1)
The Tribunal shall, not later than one month after it makes a decision under section 135, publish —
(a)
the decision; and
(b)
the reasons for the decision; and
(c)
its findings of fact material to the decision; and
(d)
a summary of the evidence on which those findings were based.
(2)
Any failure to comply with subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
