144 Annual report of Director
(1)
The Director shall, on or before 30 September in each year, prepare and present to the Minister a report on —
(a)
the work and activities of the Director for the period of 12 months ending on the preceding 30 June; and
(b)
the administration of the functions of the Director under this Act during the period referred to in paragraph (a).
(2)
The Minister shall cause the report presented to the Minister under subsection (1) to be laid before both Houses of Parliament as soon as is practicable after its receipt by the Minister.
