49D Racial grounds
The grounds referred to in this section are —
(a)
the race; or
(b)
a characteristic that appertains generally to persons of the race; or
(c)
a characteristic that is generally imputed to persons of the race,
of the other person referred to in section 49A(3), 49B(2) or 49C(2) or of a relative or associate of that person.
