Land
66ZH Land
It is unlawful for a person, whether as principal or agent, to discriminate against another person on the ground of the other person’s age —
by refusing or failing to dispose of an estate or interest in land to the other person; or
in the terms or conditions on which an estate or interest in land is offered to the other person.
Without limiting the generality of section 70(1), this section does not apply in relation to a disposal of an estate or interest in land —
by will or by way of gift; or
within a complex of residential premises (whether or not including hostel units) and appurtenant land, occupied or intended for occupation by persons of a particular age or particular ages.
