10 References to laws
A reference in this Act to a law of the State is a reference to a written law or an unwritten law of, or in force in, the State.
A reference in this Act to a law of the Commonwealth, another State, a Territory or a foreign country is a reference to a law (whether in the nature of a written law or an unwritten law) of, or in force in, that place.
A reference in this Act to an Australian law is a reference to an Australian law (whether in the nature of a written law or an unwritten law) of, or in force in, Australia.
