115 Protection from liability for publishing official statements
(1)
In this section —
liability includes liability for defamation.
(2)
This section applies to statements made or issued by a person in the course of the operations of the Department or the administration of this Act.
(3)
A person is not liable for publishing, in good faith —
(a)
a statement to which this section applies; or
(b)
a fair report or summary of a statement to which this section applies.
(4)
Nothing in this section limits section 114.
