120 Delegations made before 1 Jan 2011, effect of
(1)
If a delegation under the Consumer Affairs Act 1971 section 23 has effect immediately before the commencement of Part 10, that delegation continues to have effect on and after that commencement as if it had taken place under section 60.
(2)
This section does not limit the Interpretation Act 1984 Part V.
