Additional party to reply to response to initiating application

This rule applies if, in a response to an initiating application, a respondent seeks orders against a person other than the applicant (an additional party).

(2)

An additional party who seeks to oppose the orders sought in the response to an initiating application, or who seeks different orders, must file a reply.
