17 Court sittings
(1)
The Court and a court constituted by a family law magistrate must sit at the places and the times that the Chief Judge directs.
(2)
The Court and a court constituted by a family law magistrate must not sit on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday unless the judicial officer constituting the court otherwise directs.
