Exchange of documents before conciliation conference
191 Exchange of documents before conciliation conference
This rule applies to a party to a property case in which the parties are required to attend a conciliation conference.
Within 28 days prior to the conciliation conference, each party must, as far as practicable, exchange with each other party —
if not already exchanged, a copy of all the documents specified in rule 190; and
any other documents ordered to be exchanged.
By no later than 14 days prior to the conciliation conference each party must file, and must serve on each other party, a completed conciliation conference particulars form.
At the conclusion of the conciliation conference, each conciliation conference particulars form that has been filed must be either —
returned to the party that filed it; or
deleted or otherwise disposed of by the Registry Manager.
