Family Court Rules 2021

This Subdivision applies to all initiating applications, except —

an application for an order that a marriage is a nullity or a declaration as to the validity of a marriage, divorce or annulment; or

a maintenance application; or

a child support application or appeal; or

an initiating application seeking an interim, procedural, ancillary or other incidental order.

This Subdivision does not affect —

the right of a party to inspect a document, if the party has a common interest in the document with the party who has possession or control of the document; or

another right of access to a document other than under this Subdivision; or

an agreement between the parties for disclosure by a procedure that is not described in this Subdivision.
