272 Single expert witness’s fees and expenses
(1)
The parties are equally liable to pay a single expert witness’s reasonable fees and expenses incurred in preparing a report.
(2)
A single expert witness is not required to undertake any work in relation to their appointment until the fees and expenses are paid or secured.
