Notification to spouse (Act s. 205ZB(3))

Current

(1)

This rule applies to a de facto partner who —

(a)

has a spouse; and

(b)

is a party to an application under the Act Part 5A Division 2.

(2)

The de facto partner must, as soon as practicable after the filing of the application and, if applicable, any response to the application, give their spouse written notification of —

(a)

the application; and

(b)

any response filed to the application.
