367 Timing for filing application for review
(1)
A party may apply to the Court to review the decision of a registrar under rule 349 by filing an application in a case.
(2)
A party must include in the affidavit filed with the application —
(a)
the number of each item in the itemised costs account to which the party objects to the registrar’s decision; and
(b)
the reasons for objecting to the decision; and
(c)
the decision sought from the Court for each objection.
