371 When agreement may be enforced
A person seeking to enforce an agreement must first obtain an order —
(a)
for an agreement approved under the Family Law Act section 87 — under the Family Law Act section 87(11)(c); or
(b)
for a financial agreement under the Act Part 5A Division 3 — under the Act section 205ZW(c); or
(c)
for a financial agreement under the Family Law Act Part VIIIA — under the Family Law Act section 90KA(c).
