462 Procedural hearing
(1)
On the filing of a notice of appeal the Registry Manager must fix a date for a procedural hearing before a judge, if practicable the judge who is to hear the appeal.
(2)
The date to be fixed under subrule (1) must be as soon as practicable after the 28th day after the date of the filing of the notice of appeal.
