521 Document that need not be produced
(1)
A party to an arbitration must disclose, but need not produce —
(a)
a document for which there is a claim of privilege from production; or
(b)
a document a copy of which has already been provided, if the copy contains no change, obliteration or other mark or feature that may affect the outcome of the arbitration.
(2)
Subrule (1) has effect despite rules 520, 523 and 524.
