Completion of cases commenced

Current

If a case commenced under the former rules has not been finally determined by commencement day —

(a)

the case continues and may be progressed, managed, administered and determined under these rules; and

(b)

steps taken in, and things done in relation to, the case under a provision of the former rules are taken to have been taken or done under the corresponding provision of these rules.
