65 Application of Subdivision
This Subdivision applies to —
(a)
an application under the Child Support (Assessment) Act, other than an application for leave to appeal from an order of a court exercising jurisdiction under that Act; and
(b)
an application under the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act section 111C; and
(c)
an application for child maintenance (regardless of the age of the child); and
(d)
an application under the Family Law Regulations 1984 (Commonwealth) Parts III and IV.
