75 Fixing hearing date
(1)
On the filing of an application under this Subdivision, the Registry Manager must fix a date for the hearing of the application.
(2)
The date fixed must be —
(a)
if the respondent is in Australia, at least 42 days after the application is filed; or
(b)
if the respondent is outside Australia, at least 56 days after the application is filed.
