36M When levy is due and payable
The levy becomes due and payable on the date determined by the Minister and stated in the assessment notice subject to —
subsection (2); and
any concession granted under section 36R(1)(b); and
any agreement made under section 36R(2); and
the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Act 1992.
The date determined under subsection (1) must not be earlier than 35 days after the date stated in the assessment notice as the date the assessment notice was issued.

36N. Levy on land owned by State etc., notice of etc.
Despite any other provision of this Part, the FES Commissioner may give notice of the assessment of, and may accept payment of, the levy payable on any land owned by the State, or a State agency or instrumentality, in accordance with arrangements agreed between the Treasurer and the FES Commissioner.
