In this Division —
Government entity means —
(a)
a department, or division of a department, of the Public Service; or
(b)
a government department, or division of a government department, of the Commonwealth; or
(c)
another agency or instrumentality of the State or the Commonwealth (or a division of such an agency or instrumentality); or
(d)
a local government.
