139 Fit and proper person requirement
(1)
The Commissioner must not grant a firearm authority to a person if the Commissioner is of the opinion that the person is not a fit and proper person to hold the firearm authority.
(2)
A reference in this Part to a fit and proper person is a reference to a fit and proper person to hold a firearm authority.
