155 Risk of firearm misuse
The Commissioner has sufficient grounds for forming the opinion that a person is not a fit and proper person if the Commissioner is satisfied that the person poses any of the following risks —
(a)
a risk of the person using a firearm for an unlawful purpose;
(b)
a risk of the person using a firearm to harm themselves;
(c)
a risk of the person causing injury or harm to another by the use or threatened use of a firearm;
(d)
a risk of the person failing to exercise responsible control over a firearm.
