Notice and taking effect of amendment

In force

(1)

If the Commissioner amends a licence or permit under this Division, the Commissioner must give notice of the amendment in writing to the holder of the licence or permit.

(2)

Notice of the amendment must include a statement of the Commissioner’s reasons for the amendment unless the amendment is made on the application of the holder of the licence or permit.

(3)

The amendment takes effect when notice of it is given to the holder of the licence or permit or on a later date specified by the Commissioner in the notice.
