312 Regulations: storage
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the storage of firearms and related things, including provision for the following —
requirements as to how a firearm or related thing must be stored, including requirements as to the design, construction, placement and fixing of storage facilities;
requirements for security arrangements on premises to be used for the storage of firearms and related things, including requirements for security alarms, premises surveillance and surveillance monitoring.
The regulations may prescribe circumstances in which a firearm or related thing is not required to be stored in compliant storage.
