320 Manner of service
(1)
The Commissioner must ensure that a firearms prohibition order is served on the person against whom the order is made in accordance with subsection (2).
(2)
To serve a firearms prohibition order on a person, a police officer must —
(a)
hand the order to the person; or
(b)
if the person refuses to accept the order — leave it near the person and orally draw the person’s attention to it.
