370 Offence: failure to answer questions
A person commits an offence if the person —
(a)
fails without reasonable excuse to answer any question asked by a police officer under this Act; or
(b)
in answer to a question asked by a police officer under this Act provides information that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
