In this Division —
firearm authority information, about a person, means the following information about the person —
information indicating that the person holds a firearm authority or is authorised by a firearm authority to possess or use a firearm;
information as to the terms and conditions of any firearm authority granted to the person (whether or not the firearm authority is currently held by the person);
information about any refusal to grant a firearm authority to the person or the cancellation or suspension of a firearm authority held by the person (including information about the reasons for the refusal, cancellation or suspension);
information about the person’s record of compliance or failure to comply with the requirements of this Act or the conditions of a firearm authority;
relevant firearm information, about a person, means —
information about the person that is relevant to the question of whether the person is a fit and proper person to have access to a firearm, including any opinion of the Commissioner as to whether the person is a fit and proper person to hold a firearm authority; and
information indicating whether the person is, or was at any particular time, a disqualified person or prohibited person; and
firearm authority information about the person;
State agency means a department of the Public Service or another agency or instrumentality of the State.
