430 Review of decisions under 1973 Act
The State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 and the review provisions of this Act apply on and from commencement day in respect of a Commissioner’s decision under the 1973 Act made before commencement day as if the Commissioner’s decision were under this Act.
A decision of the Tribunal on a review of a Commissioner’s decision under the 1973 Act that has not been given effect to by the Commissioner under the 1973 Act before commencement day must be given effect to by the Commissioner under this Act.
If a Commissioner’s decision under the 1973 Act is the subject of pending Tribunal proceedings, those proceedings are to continue and be dealt with by the Tribunal under this Act as if the Commissioner’s decision were under this Act.
