(1)
In section 21(1) in the definition of local firearms licence delete “other authorisation under the Firearms Act 1973;” and insert:
approval under the Firearms Act 2024;
(2)
In section 21(1) in the definition of non‑local firearms licence delete “(within the meaning of the Firearms Act 1973)” and insert:
(as defined in the Firearms Act 2024 section 6)
