52 Professional Shooter Business Licence
(1)
In this section —
professional shooter business means a business of providing a service that involves —
(a)
the sedation of animals by means of a firearm; or
(b)
the culling, euthanasia or other humane destruction of animals by means of a firearm.
(2)
A Business Licence may be granted for a professional shooter business as a Professional Shooter Business Licence.
(3)
A Professional Shooter Business Licence can only apply to a firearm of category A, B, C or E.
