62 Authority conferred on child of licensee by Primary Producer Licence
In this section —
child, of a licensee, means a young person who is a child of the licensee or of the licensee’s spouse or de facto partner.
A Primary Producer Licence authorises a child of the licensee to use a firearm to which the licence applies, with the permission of the licensee and under the immediate supervision of an authorised person for the licence, for the purposes of primary production activities of the licensee on a landholding for which the licence is granted and for those purposes on any other landholding of the licensee.
A Primary Producer Licence does not under this section authorise a young person to use a category C or H firearm.
This section does not limit the authority conferred by a Primary Producer Licence on a young person who is an authorised person for the licence.
