Grant of Club Licence to body corporate

In force

(1)

A Club Licence can only be granted to a body corporate.

(2)

A Club Licence must not be granted unless the Commissioner is satisfied that the body corporate to which the licence is to be granted operates as a club that has as its primary purpose the making of arrangements for participation by its members in competition shooting or target shooting using firearms.
