Application for grant
15 Application for grant
An application for a first home owner grant is to be made to the Commissioner.
The application —
is to be in a form approved by the Commissioner; and
is to contain the information required by the Commissioner.
An applicant must provide the Commissioner with any further information the Commissioner requires to decide the application.
Information provided by an applicant in or in relation to an application must, if the Commissioner so requires, be verified by statutory declaration or supported by other evidence required by the Commissioner.
The application may only be made within a period —
beginning on the commencement date of the transaction to which the application relates; and
ending 12 months after the completion of the transaction to which the application relates.
However, the Commissioner may allow an application to be made before the application period.
An applicant may, with the Commissioner’s consent, amend an application.
