a decision to vary or reverse an earlier decision; and

a requirement under section 51(1) to repay an amount paid on the application; and

a requirement to repay an amount paid on an application because of a failure to comply with a condition referred to in section 18(3) or 21(2); and

an imposition of a penalty under section 18(5), 21(5) or 51(2) or (3); and

a requirement under section 52A(1) to pay an amount of legal costs incurred by the Commissioner;
