31 Right of review
(1)
A person who is dissatisfied with the Commissioner’s decision on the objection or on an application for an extension of time for lodging an objection may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
(2)
An application for review is to be made within 60 days after the date on which notice of the decision is given to the person.
