64A Grant relief measures
(1)
A grant relief measure is —
(a)
an increase in a grant amount; or
(b)
an increase in a cap amount.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1)(a), a grant amount is an amount that, under section 19, is the amount of a first home owner grant in relation to a transaction unless the consideration for the transaction is less than that amount.
