This order comes into operation as follows —
clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
the rest of the order — on the day after that day.
A water reserve to be known as the Fisher Road Water Reserve is constituted.
The boundary of the Fisher Road Water Reserve is —
as shown bordered in bold on the Department of Water plan WT 3947; and
outlined by means of coordinates annexed to that plan.
The boundary of the Fisher Road Water Reserve is shown, for information purposes, in the plan in Schedule 1.
