99 Removing firewood from public firewood areas
(1)
Subject to this Part, any person may enter a public firewood area and remove any firewood from that area.
(2)
Nothing in subregulation (1) is taken to authorise a person —
(a)
to fell, cut, injure or destroy any tree in a public firewood area; or
(b)
to enter contrary to the provisions of Part 16 of these regulations any area that is declared to be a risk area or disease area under Part VII of the Act.
